Martina Mráčková has significantly professionalized all of our HR processes, many of which had previously operated more as established practice than as structured systems. She also introduced several processes entirely from scratch, including recruitment, a structured onboarding process, employee development, an annual performance review system, and a methodology for language training.

She implemented a clear job position framework and the company's competency model. I greatly appreciate how these well-functioning processes have helped move our company forward and take us to the next level.
